WRIST: Well, Australia may be as big as the United States but everyone lives along the coast. That regatta must be somewhere along the coast.

ELBOW: According to the Backgrounder File in the Dossier, the Great Barrier is a fantastic coral reef of the northeast coast. Maybe it's there. We could ask the FFFBI agents who run the Wetness Protection Program up there.
