WRIST: The regatta we're looking for is the Henley-on-Todd Regatta near Alice Springs. It's just 300 miles from Uluru, so it makes sense that it's where we're meeting our contact, since Alice Springs is the town closest to Uluru.

ELBOW: So why is it weird that there's a regatta there?

WRIST: Because it's in the middle of Australia's red desert — the Outback. There's no water. The boats they race don't have bottoms. The racers do, but the boats don't. The racers hold them up and run with them, Flintstones-style. They squirt each other with waterless water cannons: you can't waste water if you live in the desert. The water cannons are filled with flour.

ELBOW: So I guess you can waste flour if you live in the desert? Anyway, we need to charter a plane to Alice Springs.
